Request to Delete Your SecureMyInstall Account

At SecureMyInstall, we respect your privacy and give users control over their personal information.

If you no longer wish to use the SecureMyInstall mobile application, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data using the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion by following these steps:

1. Open your email application.

2. Send an email to info@securemyinstall.com.

3. Use the subject line: SecureMyInstall Account Deletion Request.

4. Include your registered mobile number or email address.

5. Our support team will verify your account ownership and process your request.

After your request is verified and processed, we will delete or permanently anonymize the following information associated with your account, where applicable:

• Registered name, email address and mobile number.

This may include:

Such information will only be retained for the period required by applicable laws or legitimate obligations and will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
